RESUMO

O tumor de células granulares do pulmão é uma doença rara, quase sempre benigna, com bom prognóstico após tratamento cirúrgico. Embora possa apresentar agressividade local, raramente têm sido descritos casos de malignidade. Os autores descrevem um caso de tumor de células granulares do pulmão e fazem uma revisão sobre esta entidade clínica.

ABSTRACT

Lung granular cells tumour is a rare disease, almost always benign, with good prognostic after surgical treatment. Although it can present local aggressiveness, cases of malignancy have rarely been described. The authors describe a case of granular cells tumour of the lung and they make a revision on this clinical entity.
