ABSTRACT

Flour in the workplace can sensitise the workers and originate allergic respiratory pathology.ln spite of being less frequent, occupational asthma is more serious than allergic rhinitis. Hypersensitivity pneumonitis is possible, too.

The acknowledgement of factors that can influence the Dour effects on heath, is very important to adopt corrective measures and to prevent that eftects.
